Frequently asked questions
What is Listhand?
Listhand is an AI assistant for real estate agents. It captures new leads from your form link, website or a webhook (Zillow, Zapier), emails them an instant personalized reply, runs a 14-day follow-up plan until they book, reply or opt out, estimates value from comparable nearby properties, and drafts listing copy for the MLS and social media.
How do leads get into Listhand?
Each agent gets a lead form link you can share or embed on your website, plus a private webhook URL that accepts JSON from Zillow, your website, Zapier or similar tools. An open house sign-in page for a tablet at the door (with a QR code visitors can scan) turns each visitor into a lead. You can also add leads by hand or import a CSV. Forwarding lead-notification emails into Listhand is coming soon.
Does Listhand email my leads for me?
Yes, once you turn on lead emails. New leads from your form or webhook get an instant reply from “Your Name via Listhand” with replies going to your own inbox. Follow-up emails either wait for your Approve and send (the default) or go out automatically on schedule. Every email has an unsubscribe link and your business mailing address, and follow-ups stop when a lead unsubscribes, replies, or is marked booked, closed or lost. You can set a daily send limit, and the dashboard shows what was sent, what’s waiting and what failed.
Does Listhand text my leads?
Not yet. Texting from Listhand is coming soon, after carrier (10DLC) registration. Today Listhand drafts the texts in your follow-up plan and you send them from your phone, then mark them sent.
Is Listhand texting TCPA compliant?
When texting launches, Listhand will only text leads with recorded consent, honor STOP immediately, answer HELP, and send only between 8am and 9pm in the lead’s time zone, over a carrier-registered number. The Listhand lead form already records each lead’s text consent: the exact consent language, the time, and where it was given. Agents remain responsible for how they collect consent from other sources.
How much does Listhand cost?
Listhand is free during the private beta. When paid plans launch: Solo is $129/month, or $99/month billed annually. The first 25 founding agents get $99/month locked for 12 months. Team is $399/month for 5 seats plus $49 per extra seat. Brokerage starts at $29 per seat per month on an annual contract. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Which leads should I call first?
Listhand scores every open lead Hot, Warm or Cold and shows the reason next to the name, for example “Replied within 20 min · Pre-approved”. The score uses only facts about the lead’s activity and plans: whether and how fast they replied, their timeline and financing, booked appointments and recent activity, never who they are. Sort or filter your leads by score, and the dashboard’s Call first card lists your hottest leads with their phone numbers.
Can leads book a showing from a listing email?
Yes. When you send a matched listing, Listhand can add a private “Book a showing” link. The lead picks up to three days and times that suit them, and the request appears on your dashboard so you can accept it, decline it or suggest another time. Listhand drafts your reply for you to send; it never emails the lead on its own.
Can I keep past clients updated on their home value?
Yes. Mark a closed lead as a past client and add their home address. If the client agrees, Listhand can email them a monthly estimate of their home’s value from your name, with an unsubscribe link and your business mailing address in every email. Estimates come from public records and recent nearby sales and are not appraisals.
Can I track a deal from offer to closing?
Yes. Open a lead and start a deal checklist: offer, acceptance, earnest money, inspection, appraisal, loan approval, final walkthrough and closing, each with a date you can change. Upcoming and overdue dates show up in your daily reminder email, and the dashboard groups your deals by their next step. Listhand never emails your client about it.
Does Listhand replace my CRM?
No. Listhand works alongside the tools you already use and focuses on lead response, comps, and listing copy.
Does the listing copy follow fair housing rules?
Listing copy describes the property, not who should live there. Listhand checks drafts for language that could raise fair housing concerns, and you review and approve every listing before it is published.
Where do the comps come from?
Comps come from public property records and listing data for nearby homes of the same type. Listhand shows its own value range from the comps you choose to use, and you can add MLS sold prices. It is a starting point for your analysis, not an appraisal. From any comps result you can make a seller report for the homeowner (value range, the comps you chose, price per square foot, your contact details and a not-an-appraisal disclaimer) to print, save as a PDF or share as a private link.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Listhand is free during the private beta, and when paid plans launch every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with the full product.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. In Account you can download all of your data or permanently delete your account, which removes your profile, leads, follow-up history, listings and comps, turns off your form link and webhook, and cancels any subscription.
